Our Vision is to provide disability services to clients through community and government engagement as enshrined in the relevant Acts and Standards of operation in order to provide high quality care and meet the daily needs of our clients. Empowering and engaging our clients with the freedom to live dignified lives in the community is our paramount vision.
We are committed to creating a culturally secure and safe environment while providing high quality services that promote freedom creativity and Independence. We encourage active involvement in decision making and promote community engagements to make use of one's unique strengths. We provide motivational challenges to trigger the " can do" mindset while creating positive relationships and providing individual autonomy and a sense of belonging.
Natural Flare acknowledges the traditional owners of the lands across Australia and particularly acknowledges the people of the Noongar Nation, traditional owners of the land on which Natural Flare’s office is situated. We pay deep respect to the Noongar people’s ongoing culture, beliefs and relationship with the land, as well as their rich contribution to life in this region.
